There were a small number of scouts attending this campout due to illness, but that didn’t stop the troop from having a good time. There were four scenarios: bear attack, rafting accident, plane crash, and zombie apocalypse survival (arguably the most creative of the four scenarios.) The scouts brought their own lunches with them. In the afternoon, the scouts began to work on their various shelters. The bear attack group had the best shelter of all. At dinner, the scouts had chickens, potatoes, and green onions. Afterwards, there was a small campfire since we were unable to have the large bonfire we normally have at Mr. Wier’s property, but we had some skits from the scouts.
